Udalguri, Assam : In a significant development, the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), Shri Pramod Boro, inaugurated the Entry Gate of the Atri Muni Jogya Kunda Gaushala at Suklai, Udalguri today.
The gaushala, constructed by the WPT & BC Tribal Affairs (P) Deptt. of BTC, is a major initiative aimed at promoting animal welfare and conservation in the region. The inauguration ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including EM Shri Daobaisa Boro, and other prominent personalities.
CEM Pramod Boro's inauguration of the entry gate marks a new beginning for the gaushala, which is expected to play a vital role in preserving the historical heritage of the Atri Muni Jogya Kunda. The event was a testament to the BTR government's commitment to protecting and promoting the region's rich cultural and historical legacy.
